Never Nalley Lexus of Smyrna.
Came in with printed copy of pre- approved financing thu USAA, copy of vehicle insurance and internet price quote. Nalley rep bought out the wrong vehicle. 15 minutes later bought around correct vehicle and went for test drive. Upon return handed rep my papers to start car buying process. He then says my car costs more than the vehicle he first bought out (false) but would see if he could get the price down. He said 45,850 but internet quote was 42,402. I asked to negotiate and was told price was already the lowest to compete with local competitors. Nalley Lexus of Smyrna later said I would be refunded 500 dollars (never received) as of 1/23/2020. They have yet to verbally admit I over paid for the vehicle. Everytime I look at this vehicle I think about how the rep made false statements and now stuck with this vehicle.Worst car buying experience. Should have read the reviews before purchasing. In the era of #metoo, disheartening to know Nalley Lexus of Smyrna is still taking advantage of the female car buyer.
I am sorry you feel the price was not what you wanted to pay. It is our goal to earn the client's business, and we do not want people to feel they have to buy.

There are many reasons why the sales rep *** take the customer out to test drive a vehicle, one reason is to build an emotional attachment to the vehicle. So yes, feelings were involved but here are the facts. On 01/11/2020, after 2 weeks of back and forth with emails, finally decided to purchase the certified used 2019 Lexus, RX350L, with 16,924 miles and Carfax reported damage. The negotiated price was 42,402.00 befor taxes, tags, title, and dealer fees.
At no point did I "feel" it necessary, but purchasing a luxury vehicle does come with certain expectations. I expected Nalley Lexus of Smyrna to honor the price quote. Also expected a commitment to meeting Lexus standards during and after the sale. There have been countless emails, text messages and phone calls prior to writing my initial review. Two weeks later nothing has changed
The review is my car buying experience with Nalley Lexus of Smryna and sadly has left a negative impression.
No further comments or phone numbers required.

I sent a complaint online to Revdex.com.on 1/17/2020. I'm very impressed with Revdex.com's response time. My complaint was forwarded to Nalley Lexus immediately. Thank you for acting so swiftly. I received a call from the GM on 1/20/2020. His tone was professional and considerate. The GM informed me that the $999 for an " Appearance Package", that I did not request, was cancelled as I requested in Aug. 2016 but the refund was never sent to my auto Lender. He will send the refund within five (5) days. He also stated he will discussed and handle this unfortunate situation with those responsible to include a discussion with the Sales Consultant whom I found extremely rude on the appropriateness of their conversations with Customers. The GM should not have had to get involve with this situation but when he learned about it, he obviously took immediate actions to find the missing $999. I appreciate his speedy resolution and personally reaching out to me very much.
Ms.,
We have spoken and I have resolved the mistake on our part. A check for $999 is being sent to Wells Fargo, as the vehicle still has an outstanding loan against it.
Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to contact me at 770-428-9600

The dealership was deceptive and could not honor their internet pricing. They indicated it was company policy to run the credit of all. Buyers, including the buyers who pay cash or finance through another institution. I called another Nalley dealership and this was confirmed as inaccurate. I felt discriminated against and lied to on multiple occasions during my visit. I spoke with the general manager and Lexus brand. They both indicated that the dealership owner could do what they chose. Needless to say, I did not buy a car from Nalley or the Lexus brand. I was more than willing to pay for the car. They just wanted to use me to make money from financing the car through Lexus. Go elsewhere. Never trust Nalley.
Ms.. I am sorry that you feel the way you do. I spoke with you directly and as I said it is a Nalley policy, intended to protect all parties involved, to do a 'credit check' during the purchase of a vehicle. The 'credit check' is beneficial for both side, and appropriate during a transaction between two or more parties. We want to make every customer feel good about their decision to purchase from Nalley.
Nalley is more than willing to 'honor' the pricing you received. Please feel free to contact me or your sales representative to schedule a time to finalize the sale.
Also, I let you know that if you paid with cash or certified funds a credit check would not be necessary. If you have any further questions I would make myself available for you via the phone or in person.
Sincerely,
Bill *** [email protected]
Hi ***, thanks for your feedback. However, your response does not reflect my recollection of the event. I had the same experience that multiple 1 star google reviewers experienced. I was given a vehicle price with internet sales. I came in waited and negotiated for 2-3 hours. We agreed on warranty cost and final price. I told them part would be in cash(Certified check) and the other part in bank financing(also verifiable funding). The sales manager would not sign the paperwork. Three men entered the room to tell me that they could not sale me a car without running my credit. At first it was to get me a better rate. Then, it was to ensure my identity. Then, it was because I am an out of state customer. I explained that I maintain residence in both states for which I have proof. I had 3 state or federal IDs in my purse (my passport, my global entry card and my license) available for viewing. Nalley also had no idea what my bank rate was, and I was not willing to give my credit info. I explained that I did not want to take the car that day. I wanted to return my rental to enterprise first. Then, they could drop off my car to home or work 15 miles away after the certified check and bank financing paperwork is clear.
I've purchased 2 previous cars through my bank this year. 1 was out of state. Not once has anyone asked to pull my credit to do a cash deal with bank financing. Which, they said is Nalley corporate policy to run all customers credit. Well, there are multiple Nalley dealerships and I verified that none of them follow that that fictitious corporate policy.
I Spoke to you *** W, the General manager over the phone, and you insisted that running my credit was the only way to make a deal. Your dealership, according to you, had to ensure I could afford the car to protect the dealership and me. Well, navy federal has to ensure I can afford the car since they are doing the financing... not Nalley.
I'm honestly not sure if it was my female gender, my black skin or just my gullible pretty face that made your dealership think I couldn't afford the car, I was providing fraudulent identity, and I was giving fake checks. ***, you said the only way we could do this deal was for me to bring a cashiers check for the full amount. I can assure you that I will not purchase this ES 300 hybrid ultra lux from any Nalley dealership.
I can guess that any of the 5 star reviews are based on customers who just purchased a car while getting ripped off on financing. After multiple unnecessary credit pulls. Nalley probably asks the buyer to complete the review before leaving the sales desk. I have found that Nalley is dishonest, deceptive, and manipulative.
I purchased a new Lexus from Nalley Lexus and they failed to pay the payoff amount on my trade-in and are now refusing to pay off the vehicle.
On September 28, 2019, I entered into a contract to lease a 2020 Lexus NX 300 from Nalley Lexus. As part of the sales process, the salesperson Shelby calls Volkswagen to verify my payoff amount for trade-in purposes, and verified the payoff amount was $13,608.20. After negotiations, the car dealership agreed to pay off this amount as trade-in credit toward the lease of a new vehicle. While meeting with finance, Ryan the finance guy said that the payoff to VW credit would be made within 7 business days. The deal was consumated and Nalley took possession of my VW Jetta and I took possession of the 2020 Lexus NX 300. Nalley failed to pay off the VW lien as contractually required, and the money was then debited from my account. When I complained to VW, they subsequently refused to honor their contract, and refused to either tender the agreed upon payoff amount to myself or to VW and refuse to exchange the cars back in return. Nalley is in breach of their agreement and I am paying two car notes, while Nalley is illegally possessing my trade in.
I am requesting that Nalley either payoff the lien to the Jetta or pay me the payoff amount of 13,332.14 to me so that I can pay off the lien to volkswagen.

Mr.. The payoff has been made. During the transaction a payoff from VW finance was requested, but the type of payoff we for the consumer only. So when Nalley tried to make payment to VW it was NOT honored and required additional funds be paid.
Nalley paid MORE than agreed upon, and we would appreciate Mr. make Nalley whole to the sum of approximately $500.
I am happy to discuss this and I can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
I was advised that Andrew needed my social for verification purposes but instead, he ran my credit for financing reasons when I already had financing.
I usually go to Nalley Lexus of Roswell to service my Lexus GS 350 but I decided to give this dealership a try this past Saturday, after finding out that my vehicle was a total loss, but I only left disappointed. Not only did I not leave with a vehicle but I was also lied to, but even though I didn't have a great experience I do have a suggestion. I would advise your salesmen to be upfront in regards to running a customer's credit. While searching for a car at your dealership I was advised that Andrew needed my social for verification purposes but instead, he ran my credit for financing reasons. I have disputed this with my credit bureau because I advised him that I did not want my credit ran being as though I had already secured a loan from my Credit Union. Andrew guaranteed me that he would not run my credit but as I'm driving home I received a hard inquiry alert! I'm sorry but I *** not be back to this dealership.
Please remove this inquiry from my credit report.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I no longer need to purchase a car. I purchased my Lexus with another dealer. I gave him until Monday to correct the issue but that did not happen so the only thing that should be done at this point is the removal of your inquiry from my credit report. I told your salesman from the very start of our conversation that I already had financing. He stated that he understood and needed my social for verification purposes. In which he used for for other reasons.I have a third party that heard the conversation as well.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Good Evening,
With that being established I only see one resolution which is to have the inquiry removed from my credit report and whatever else you see fit being as though we've been going back and forth over this situation for over a week now. I am still a loyal Lexus customer and hope we can resolve this.
Ms.,
I will make the request to have the inquires removed, but I am not able to guarantee this will occur. My request will be made to our legal department, which will generate the documents that need to be sent to the bureaus.
At that point I do not have any knowledge of the time table or if bureaus will remove them. But I am happy to make the request.
Sincerely,
Bill
If you want to be ripped off and taken advantage of because you are a female this is your place to be. Complained of a clicking noice since the day I bought my car that no one could fix and assumed it was my brakes. Decided to get new brakes thinking I found the solution, NO!!!!! For two years I had extended warranty on my car and when it termed, then surprisingly they were able to find the solution to my issue, and even now my maintenance can run $500 or $2,000 that of which they still can't determine how much my costs would be to repair my car. The advisors are rude and make smart comments and show no sympathy nor empathy to the situation JUAN, and of course leadership reflects the staff below, even MANAGEMENT, RJ was highly disrespectful. I Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. NEVER.
$350.00 refund on transport of my trade in of a 2009 Mercedes SL 550 has not been paid to me by Nalley Lexus Galleria. I paid $850 for transport in the bill of sale, yet Nalley was charged $500.
I have a text saved on my phone on 12-24 stating that I would receive $350 by 12-28-18, yet no check has been received as of 1-25-19 on the purchase of a 2018 Lexus LC 500. Chad *** (salesman)
and Greg *** (mgr) are both to be commended on their professionalism. I believe Greg *** approved my refund, but a manager above him vetoed.
On 1-11-19 I sent an email to Nalley regarding my refund request and informed them that if no check was received by 1-25-19, I would report matter to the Revdex.com.
I need this issue resolved. This treatment is not befitting of a Lexus dealership.

Refund Nalley Lexus owes me $350.00 of the $850.00 I paid for transport by open carrier of my trade in of a 2009 Mercedes SL 550. Nalley was charged $500 by *** Auto Transport. I have always been treated fairly by Lexus Dealerships, having purchased 11-13 vehicles from Lexus over the years.

The amount we were charged to bring the vehicle traded to us was never agreed to be at 'cost'. So it turned out to be less than estimated, but if it had been more we would have taken that additional expense.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not accustomed to being unfairly treated by a Lexus dealership. Nalley Lexus Galleria is unethical. Mr. Bill ***'s
(General manager) reply that the $850 I was charged was an "estimate", therefore, the $350 extra that I paid is due me in a refund. This is merely good business practice and I believe would be refunded to me by any Lexus dealership in good faith. Since when is it ethical for a business to make a profit on a customer's shipping his trade?
This grievance will now be filed with Lexus Corporate.
I am sorry for my first response, as after researching the topic further, I was informed Greg had agreed to refund $350. For that mistake on my part I apologize.
So, I will be requesting a check for $350 be generated and sent to the same address on original deal.
If there are any question please call me @ ***.
Sincerely,
Bill
1/26/2019 went inside with my sister and friend. test drive 2019 Lexus ES F sport . Complete purchasing went so smooth and easy going. WINSTON P our car salesman he was very nice, intelligent, polite, and well manner. He make any customer very comfortable. Best Lexus sale man I ever see. comparing to most other dealership around in Georgia I grantee he is best as in the chosen one. Thank you Nalley Lexus of Smyrna (Galleria)
I bought a 2012 Lexus IS 250 from Nalley Lexus of Smyrna 07/03/2017. The car was reported in an accident previous years before I bought the car but they did not tell me in fact Inwas shown a car fax with no accidents reported. This lead to them over selling me the car. Now I have a car that wasn't worth half of what I paid for it when I bought it. I'm currently looking to trade it but it is complicated because of the negative equity in it is causing problems. They have acknowledged that they did not make me aware of the accident.

Refund I desire a full refund because I specifically asked had the car been in an accident and the dealer flat out lied and said NO. If I had prior knowledge of the accident I wouldn't have let them sale it to me

This customer signed both a Carfax and AutoCheck report dated same day the vehicle was sold showing the accident.
The accident was disclosed to the buyer via these two Third Party companies. The history of the vehicle was clearly described to them!!
purchased Certified Pre-owned Lexus RX-350. I was told at the time of purchase tires are new and performed 30k service but later found tires were old.
I purchased L/C Certified Pre-owned 2013 Lexus RX-350 from Nalley Lexus Smyrna GA in Nov 30, 2016 in $32,500. When I purchased the car it had 29,992 miles on the car. I was told by sales man at the time of car purchase that tires are new and 30,000 miles service has been performed. After 6 months I took my car for first service on July 26, 2017, at that time the mileage was 33,734. I was told by service team that some point you need to change tire. I told him I bought car six months ago and I was told that tires are new and these are Michelin tires they last for years. I drove only 4,000 miles since I purchased car so there must be something going on. I went for service again in Dec, 15 2017 at that time mileage were 36,412 miles and same things were told to me again that tires needs to be changed. Then I went to see Mr. (Manager) whom I purchased the car and explained him about tires but he told me let me find out and I will call you. I never got call from ***. Again in May 19, 2018 I took my car for service at that time mileage were 40,517 miles and I drove only 10,000 miles since I purchased the car. Also, I informed to service team that there could be leak in drive side rear tire. After service was performed I was told that all tires needs to be changed due to LOW trade and one of the tire has puncture and it is Un-reapairable. I was told by service manager that these tires are original tire came with car these are not new then I went to *** (Manager) and told him that service team recommended to change all tires but I bought car a year ago, I drove only 10,0000 miles since I purchased the car and at the time of car purchase I was told that car tires are new, he told me that he will look into this and get back to you. I went to see *** on Saturday June 26, 2018 to discuss about tires but he refused to do anything with tires. He kept on saying tire is un-repairable and can't be change. I told him only one tire is un-reairable but what about rest of the tires. He did not listen to me. I spoke to General manager at Nalley Lexus and explained him the same but he said he can't do anything. I was very disappointed with the outcome from Nalley management team even though repeatedly I was saying I was told tires were new at the time of purchase but they kept on saying we can't do anything. If I knew that car tires were original tires I would not have bought the car because tires are not cheap.
I want new tires as I was told at the time of car purcahse.
Upon reviewing the service repair order generated when this RX was L / Certified - the tires measured 6/32 - which meets Lexus' requirement for a certified unit. Each time the RX was brought to Nalley Lexus the service department showed measurements of 5/32 on July of 17, 4/32 on December of 2017 and 3/32 on May of 2018. 18 months later the tires will have less tread depth, which is confirmed each time. Tires do not wear solely by miles, as people's driving habits are different and cause the tires to wear differently.
Upon reviewing ALL the sales documents, there isn't any mention of 'NEW' tires on the sales negotiation documents or the 'we owe' form.
I appreciate Mr. statement related to 'New' tires, but there aren't any notes or commitments listed.
Nalley Lexus is willing to help with the costs of purchasing tires, which means we would mount them at no charge. Cost of the tire, tax, fees and alignment of the vehicle would be the clients responsibility.
Sincerely
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
it is not my problem if you don't have any record whether it was told to me or not please talk to your sales person who sold the car. Either he is lying or I am lying. I am telling you what I was told may be he told to earn my business. I am very disappointed with the response.
New tires comes with 10/32 tread since these are original tires and car had 30,000 mileages. Do you still think tread was 6/32. I don't believe that. You are telling tread was 6/32 at the time when I purchased car. I drove around 3500 during my first service tread was measured 5/32, next service I drove around 4000 mileage tread was measured 4/32 and June 2018 service the tread was measured 3/32. I drove total 10,000 mileages since I bought the car and tread depth reduced to 3 while orignianl owner drove 30,000 mileages and the tread was still 6. Think about 30,000 verses 10,000 mileage. I can't believe this theory. Something is not correct here. I would urge Nalley management to look into this as this is not right for customer like me who spend good chunk of money to buy their dream car and disappointed when come to know that reputated company like Nalley Lexus taking advantage of customers. I was thinking company like Nalley Lexus will be fair with customer. If we don't trust these big giant companies like Nalley Lexus whom do we trust. That is why I purchased my car from Nalley Lexus for peace of mind but now for me these are all same.
After Nalley Lexus worked on my car for 9 years, they presented me with a $9550 list of things that my car needs done in February, 2018. I went in for an oil change; they suggested 120,000 maintenance then said I needed $9550 worth of work. I did not let them do the work. It's raining today, the $50 windshield wipers do not work well.
All of the suggested work were valid issues with the vehicle. Each item was reviewed via the service advisor, and the shop foreman with Ms.. Explaining why they were recommended and stating these are just items we recommend be taken care of, but the consumer makes the final decision.
I have been working with a sales consultant at Nalley Lexus *** in an effort to purchase a new vehicle. I am a resident of St. Thomas and planed to purchase the vehicle in person during my trip to GA in February. I discussed vehicle pricing as well as sales tax and any fees with the consultant and was advised of the out of the door pricing for me to attain ownership of the vehicle and to have it shipped to me in the Virgin Islands. To my surprise after my arrival to the dealership I was advised not only *** I have to purchase the vehicle in my daughters name but I was also told that I'd be responsible for fees in GA and additional fees in the VI as well.
I am somewhat confused and disappointed as I believe that the dealership should have given me accurate information with regard to the costs and fees associated with the sale.
At this point I do question the validity regarding the taxes and fees that have now been added onto the sale of the vehicle.
Explanation of Charges I would like to have the matter resolved by way of the business explaining the additional fees and if the additional taxes are in fact correct it seems to me that the business would be responsible for anything above the amount provided by consultant with regard to the total purchase price of the vehicle.
If a client wants to buy a vehicle from this dealership the vehicle has to be registered in the 48 contiguous states.
I visited the used car lot at Nalley Lexus in Smyrna, GA., within a day inquired about the pricing of a LX570. Sharjeel N aka(Serg ***) salesman called me back. The price was too high but he suggested a later model LX470 which is less expensive and he would call me back when one surfaced. 3 weeks later someone traded in a 2004 LX 470 with extremely low miles, a good service history and single owner. He sent me pictures and Carfax via text. He said the price was $21,999. I had a trade-in and we began to go back-n-forth trying to come to a price agreement. We were at a price point of $34,000 for my trade and I offered $20,000 for the LX470 which he had not gotten approval yet. I stated if he could get those numbers I would be on my way. 10:18am Sat 25th Serg said he was talking to his manager about pricing please wait. Then he texted me back and stated "I haven't checked on price because I don't know if it's available". We had been discussing pricing for 3 days and he had already given me the opening price of $21,999 for the LX470. I thought we were almost there making this deal. I called the main used car line and spoke with Rob Johnson Monday morning 11/27/2017 who was very nice an apologetic for my experience thus far. I began to work with Rob and he took my proposal to the managers. I stated to Rob where me and Serg were with the approved pricing for my vehicle and the number I wanted him to get approved. Rob came back and shockingly said he could only offer $33,000 for my trade and $21,999 for the LX470. Rob said the car could not be sold yet, current LX470 owner had not received their car to sign paperwork. I sold my Highlander 11/27 so I did experience a lost with Nalley for my trade. I called Tuesday morning 11/28 and spoke with Manager Gregory Taylor. We came to a price agreement $21,349 without dock fee + tax. He sent me a credit application. I immediately filled it out and verified he received it. The Manager Greg said that he would rush this application through. DOES THIS NOT SOUND LIKE A DEAL WAS DONE TO YOU???
1 hour later yet another new person stating he was a manager also called me. Mike the manager called to inform me that they were in the middle of selling my car to someone else....they sold it from under me!!! WOW...I had been working with them for 4 days!
General Manager Bill's response to Revdex.com was...
I spoke with this client yesterday regarding his concern and we did NOT promise him the vehicle. I am sorry he feels that way, and I have looked for a replacement vehicle. This vehicle isn't easy to find, due to very low miles and color combination.
HE DID NOT AND STILL HAS NOT CALLED ME OR EMAILED ME ANY ADDITIONAL APPOLOGY.
The assistant service manager *** was the only employee I've ever met here that acted in a less than professional manner. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. When I picked up my vehicle after getting new tires I noticed damage to my car. After sending pictures and being encouraged to visit to discuss further, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the only repair offered was a bit of touch up paint in the damaged area. Honestly I couldn't tell much had been fixed, as the chunk of missing paint was down to the metal and still looked like a small crater. When I discussed my disappointment with *** he insisted he couldn't commit to doing anything else to resolve the situation. He simply referred me to Nalley Collision. I was quoted in excess of $1500 to fully repair the area, as the repair was actually complex. I then contacted *** and he told me he couldn't commit to the repair. I explained to him that I thought that was unacceptable, at which point he indicated that he was not convinced the damage was done by his team. Shocked by this information, I communicated that I was interested in pursuing the matter. He encouraged me to visit him in person, which I did promptly. When I visited he simply told me he was not going to commit to fixing. I then left and followed up with appropriate leadership. I will update with pertinent follow up information. I can only encourage customers to take pictures of their vehicles when being dropped off and picked up as it is the only thing I could think to have done in hindsight: caveat emptor.
Finish the job Damage should be fixed.
Nalley Lexus only wants the best experience to occur during every visit. We have offered to assist in the repair of the area described by Mr., but in our opinion this did not happen while the vehicle was here.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The fact is that I know my car like the back of my hand. Their opinion holds no weight when I know that damage was not present when the car was delivered to their facility. Why offer to fix a car if your opinion is that it is not your responsibility? Why only offer touch up paint done in 15 min when your collision repair center stated that the damage was going to cost from $400-$1600 to fully repair? If they want to operate on facts rather than opinions I recommend they photograph cars before and after repairs so they can be accurate with their statements.
