2 months after purchasing my car I got into a car accident and took it to Nally to repair. After the repairs I found additional damage to my car done by the shop. Nally took photos of any preexisting damage and damage of the accident and these were new damages. I showed the damage to the facility manager and compared to the photos taken when brought in. The woman at the desk wiped at least 4 spots off of my car with compound on them and the scratches and dent are still there. The facility manager says he will buff it out but I have actual scratches and a dent in my car that a buff will not fix. He told me they cant be expected to catch everything and that was all he would do for me. I have photos from the purchase of my car and the photos before drop off and this new damage in not on the car. It was done by the repair shop. They are refusing to fix the damage and my insurance company says since I picked them they cannot help me.
Repair I want the dents and scratches in my car repaired at no additional cost to me.
The damages to her vehicle were noticed at check-in and pictures were taken. Customer said that the damage was behind the damage we circled. I offered as a courtesy to buff the customers vehicle. Our camera is not going to pick up scratches and small dings in a black vehicle. She might have just bought the vehicle but it is a 2011 with 108000 miles on it.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The marks on my car clearly were not there before drop off. I have photos and so does Nally collision and Nally BMW where I bought the car only a few months before the accident. When I bought my car from the dealership there was NO scratches or dents or paint issues. I can have Nally BMW confirm with photos. These marks were not made before I dropped off the car. I also have photos at the time I purchased my car and these marks are not there. I have photo proof that the damage was not there before was not marked by Nally collision either. There was compound all over my car when I picked it up. The customer service person even helped me clean it off. There was compound where the dent and scratches are as well.

This collision center has thieves working for them. At the time I was hit, I was carrying money that belonged to my employer and it was in my trunk when I turned the car over to Nalley. Naturally, in dealing with a wreck I forgot about the money. They kept my car for a week and I know they were in my trunk because posters from my backseat were moved to the trunk. When I got the car back, the money was not in the bag where I left it, which means they went through my belongings and unzipped my bag to find the money. The manager covered for his employers claiming that no one on his team would do that. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION.

My information about my estimate on a recent car accident was given to the car dealership in front of the body shop. Nalley Hyundai contacted me and informed me before my insurance company or the body shop itself that my car was a total loss and they were calling to get me in a Hyundai. I was livid with this phone call. I stated to the man calling that I was hanging up and calling my insurance company to which he implied I should call the body shop first. When I hung up I immediately called my insurance company and they stated my car was not a total loss on their end and they would be requesting a sub estimate. When the estimate was receive from the body shop is was excessive causing my insurance company to call it a loss. But because of what happen with my information being forwarded to the dealership my insurance company is sending an estimator out. I am extremely upset with this company selling or giving my phone number and details about my vehicle to this dealership.
Other (requires explanation) I want to know how and why this happen. I also want a honest estimate on my vehicle.
The customers info was not sold or purchased by anyone, we are the same company. We as a company do it as a customer service. If we have a total loss vehicle which we did, we let the dealership which again is our same company know so they can call the customer and see if they are interested in getting into another car before the rental runs out.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My car was not a total loss only the insurance company can deem any vehicle a loss not the body shop. I received this call before my insurance company was able to review my claim. The fact the the dealer instructed me to call the body shop mafde me feel like they were trying to cover their tracks.
I have already explained the reason. My body shop and the dealership are the very same company. The insurance did deem your vehicle a total loss. They told us that it was a total loss. There was nothing done malicious. When we get a total loss we let OUR dealership know because the insurance only gives the customer a certain amount of time to get a new vehicle before they take them out of a rental. To go even further with this explanation we do not want a car to total because we do not make any money on a total loss, we only make money if we fix a vehicle. I still do not understand what was the issue with our company calling you to help you with a new vehicle when we thought it was totaled. If it wasn't a total then we fixed it. Better for the body shop. Thanks for your time and please enjoy your vehicle. It was never our intention to do anything but help a customer out in a bad situation. Sometimes it is not a conspiracy, just someone trying to give great customer service. If you have any questions please feel free to come to the body shop and sit down and lets have a conversation.
