This customer emailed us on a Saturday and we responded within 4 hours.  Her confusion was resolved.  
 
She was upset that we did a temporary authorization of her credit card,...

which is standard (all companies do it) when you add a new credit card to an account.  That's how a company verifies a customer has added a valid card.  
 
I was under the impression that you can't file a complaint for pricing on the Revdex.com, and credit card authorizations should fall under that.
 
Regardless, please see our email below, which shows that we did respond to her request on the day she emailed us.

We only charge you $1 to "authorize" that the card works.  You'll notice that your credit card company will drop that charge in a couple hours or a day, at most.
 
If you still want us to Cancel your account and the purchase, please confirm the email address or license number on your account so we could locate it.

Review: I was purchasing a $15 advertising slot on their website. Than they charged me $1 and then attempted to take $15. However my card was declined because after their $1 debt my account was below $15. They dont have anything on their website for $1 and there is no fee's for the service (as promoted on their website). I need my $1 back. if they could have resolved this today we could have just did so, but they have no customer service so this is why I using Revdex.com. this website should not have just charged what they wanted as suppose to what I was trying to purchase.Desired Settlement: If they cant charge me $14 to equal $15, they can put my $ back on my credit card
