Customer service/tech support not following through to troubleshoot soundbar issues.
I purchased their Shockwafe Pro 7.1.2 SSE soundbar in Dec 2019. When I recently experienced use/technical problems with the soundbar, I tried all of their setup/troubleshooting procedures listed on their website. Nothing has worked which led me to email and call customer service. My first email sent on Apr 4 was responded to by *** to which I responded to the same day. *** then asked for my number in which I provided via email on Apr 8. I never received a call or reply. I then sent another email explaining the issues on Apr 11. I received a reply asking specific questions in which I replied the same day asking for a call to troubleshoot. Again, I did not receive a call or reply. I called the customer service number later on Apr 11, spoke with a customer service rep who told me they would call me back in approximately 15-20 min which never happened.
I am seeking a call from the company to correct the issue either over the phone or repair/replace the unit.

I bought a surround sound back in june 2017 from sears. December 2017 the subwoofer quit working I contacted them through email and explained what happened so they had me send it to them which costs 32.00 shipping Got a replacement from them which the date on their speaker read 12/2015 with scratches and lines on it hooked it up and still does not work. Tired contacting them again through email several times and no response. It had a 1 year warranty on it. All I want is a new speaker that works. The speaker I bought a few months ago had 2017 sticker on it so I don't understand why they cant give me a new one instead of a refurbished one that did not work. I paid 171.17 for the unit. I bought the same kind and same model 3 years ago and that one still works fine compared to the brand new one.

Agreed to send a *** a $80 check for refund and waiting for her to confirm. Sent her an email on Jan 31st as well as calling her two times. The check is ready, as soon as we get an email confirmation from ***, we can send it out.
