Nail Stop

This is in response to your letter dated June 11, 2016.On June 29, 2016, [redacted] came to Nail Stop to get a nail fill-in and pedicure done.  The total service charge is $38.00 instead of $40.00 as [redacted] claimed.  (Please see copy of the invoice attached.)After the fill-in and...

pedicure were completed, we would apply the color.  Before we put the nail polish on her nails and toes, we made sure she liked the color and she said okay, but after everything was done, she did not like it.  We told her if she wanted to change a new color, she had to pay for the color change again and she did not agree, so we did not fix it.  Then she called the police to our salon.  Nothing was resolved.  Our police is once the service completed, there will be no refund, but in this case we are willing to give back $13.00 for the polish change.  We want to settle this case in a friendly way.  We are sorry that we cannot refund the whole amount of $38.00 since the fill-in and pedicure were completed and there were nothing wrong with them, only the color matters.We regret that she also brings this case to the court and court date is set for August 31, 2016 at the District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County.  If [redacted] does not agree to our offer, we will present our defense at the court.  I hope she will think over and accept our offer. That's all we can say.Thank you.Sincerely, Lanh T[redacted]President, LYLE,INC.dba Nail Stop
