Received terrible service at this establishment. I made an appointment in advance and was very clear that I had another appointment right after and I asked if 1.5 hours is enough time. I was told it was more than enough time yet once I arrived I was told I'll be worked in and they only put me with a technician to do my hands. Needless to say no time for pedicure. When I asked the receptionist Jordan what happened she said it's Saturday and since I didn't have someone requested. Well when I explained that it throws off the rest of my prep panned appointments and since I wasn't told that I can't get the pedicure. She didn't care shrugged her shoulders and went in to speak with another client and look away from me. I asked to speak to a manager she said they don't have one. I'll never return!
I went to the salon in order to get a pedicure on Sunday and noticed that my toe nails were not completely polished.
I called to notify them of the issue on Tuesday morning and Olly asked me when I could come in and we set an appointment for Wednesday (today 3/7/18). When I got there Jenny who initially did the service began to redo the service. She was not very pleasant with me as I was trying to show her what the issue was she pulled my leg abruptly and said she would handle it. After she finished, I found out that I was being charged again. I spoke to the manager about the fact that I was being charged for something again that was based on the quality of the work that was previously done. The manager became irate, opened the door and told me to get out in front of everyone in the salon. I recently moved to the area and after seeing the location which is really nice on the inside, I thought it would be my new nail salon of choice. It was not what I expected at all.
I want a refund of my original service and a written apology. I want others who visit the salon in the future to get really good customer care. I will never return there. The purpose of going to a salon of that nature is to experience a relaxing atmosphere after dealing with the stresses of the day, week, month, or just life: to have to go back because the quality of service was not good and to be told to leave in the matter in which the manager told me is offensive, hurtful, and embarrassing.
