I contacted you on 7/27/with a complaint about *** *** of *** *** *** ** *** ***.
November 6th I finally received a refund of the full amount of $with somewhat of an apology for taking so long. This has been a month quest to get my refund, so the apology did not impress me one iota. With help and persistence of *** *** at the State of Maine Attorney General's Office, Mediation Services, I am fully refunded.
I would never purchase anything from this business ever again, but I am glad this has been resolved

Review: I paid $95.00 for a 75 ft. hose and nozzle from Nagy Sales at a Home and Garden Show in [redacted] on May 16, 2014. The salesperson and the box said 100% guaranteed satisfaction with these products or receive a full refund. I was completely dissatisfied with both nozzle and hose and called [redacted] for a refund. He said to return the items and he would send me a check once he gets the items. I carefully packaged the items and returned them on 5/27/14 and with a tracking number, so he's received them. He didn't refund me. I emailed him June 25th and he replied he would send me a check soon, and thanked me for my patience. I emailed him again July 11th and no answer. I emailed him again July of this past week, and no answer, and still no refund. I'm terribly upset.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $95.00 as guaranteed. And I want other consumers to know he is not a reputable business person.
