met with [redacted] to get an estimate on a tooth extraction for my son, [redacted]. His office staff said they would contact my insurance carrier to see what, if any, of the procedure would be covered. Upon contacting my insurance co. His staff told me that only about 400.00 would be covered and the rest $721.00 would be my responsibility. I paid the $721.00 and now [redacted] would like me to pay an additional $353.00 towards the service.My out of pocket $721.00 goes towards my deductible, I believe there is Billing/insurance fraud being conducted here.
