I am rejecting this response because: It appears that the response from Nacel Open Door is that they need to know how much is needed to resolve the issue The options on the email given were either to accept or reject the offerWe have requested that Nacel pay for the repairs to the bathroom floor so that the bathroom is as it was prior to our hosting the Nacel exchange student The lowest bid that we received to repair the damage that was caused by [redacted] ***, the Nacel exchange student, was $2, The highest bid that we received was $3, These quotes were forwarded to Sue [redacted] at Nacel on multiple occasions, from September 1, to December 14, We can resend the quotes again, if needed, or obtain new quotes as its been a while since the original quotes were obtained.We need for Nacel to cover the cost of the damage to the bathroom floor to resolve the issue
