N.A. City Boys Sanitation, Inc.

[redacted] Waste Disposal recently sold out to NA City Boy's Sanitation. The new company has not picked up my trash and I get the run around everytime I call. I asked for a refund since today they told me they are no longer providing service to me and they said I had to call [redacted] Waste because they took my money and didn't pay NA City Boys. Of course the owner of NA City Boys will NOT return my calls. I want a refund. I paid for garbage removal until July and expect to receive it or a refund.

I also called the company in the end of May because they picked up my trash and threw my recycleables in the trash compartment. I don't think it is right to say you recycle if you really don't.

My neighbor is also a customer of NA City Boys and they have yet to notify him of canceling the route.
