The patient informed me of her disorder and she stated that she did not want to waste her or my time if I did not have anything of substance to offer. My response was to offer dietary info related to consuming an anti-inflammatory diet...

and that I did not believe that her disorder could be addressed by nutritional counseling. We did spend about one hour together and I discounted her office visit by 50% due to a lack of useful info. She contacted the office on 07/16/2015 to let us know that she felt insulted and was disappointed in the information shared. The office gave the patient a complete refund on 07/16/2015. The patient is accurate regarding my credentials, I am not an MD. The state of Texas does not license nutritionists or nutritional counselors.
