driving and observation hours. he did not complete the 30 hours classroom portion. The student was absent from the 2 hours class. the class was never made up. Students are required to complete all requirements within 2 years of the start date. The student started the program on March 19, 2011. He finished the driving portion 25 months later on April 19, 2013. We did not hear from him again until march 7, 2017. The total program tuition is $ 725.00. On 3/19/2011 the student paid 350.00. The balance of 375.00 remained delinquent until 3/7/17, 6 years later. N.R. Driving school acted in good faith and followed all State and Registry of Motor Vehicles regulations.
