After purchasing a product through a third party company ([redacted]) back in November 2014, we are now reaching 8 months and N-Ovative still has not installed the product I purchased. The only way to reach this company/the owner is to text them. Their published telephone number can not even be reached from all landlines.
I have been back and forth, patiently, with the owner (via text). There have only been a few times he has responded within 24 hours. Other times I wait about 2 or so weeks, text him again, and still get the same answer that their machine is broken.
Today I started asking questions about getting refunds and seeing if they are compensating customers for the inconvenience, he stated No.
When I went to ask about a refund......No response at all.
Even after reviewing their social media page (Facebook) I see their focus is not in pleasing the customer.
As customers we look for a service to be completed within a reasonable time especially if we are spending our money. I understand things come up, but most companies at least try to make things right. This company has not.
Per phone call: The money was refunded to the customer.
Per phone call: This is a [redacted] please contact [redacted] for 149.00. I will refund 105.68 for the security by-pass module. PLease let us know how you would like that refund. I can send a check or refund by credit card. If [redacted] does not want to refund your money. The value of...
