N & J Heating & Cooling

N&J came to my residence to fix a heating issue. They asked if I wanted additional heating services for the months of April and Oct. Contractor was required to provide sensor and filter cleaning as stated in the contract. I contacted N&J in April to schedule heating services. I was told by Paula, a representative and owner I believe of N&J, to send my address by text to her number and she would provide me with a appointment time later on in the day. Paula never contacted me back. I reached out to her again, but she hung up on me. N & J was contacted multiple times but failed to respond to calls or text. The insurance company tried to contact the company multiple times and did not recieve a response.
