N-Hance

We are 7 weeks into a 1 week job and there have been so many issues. Sprayed paint on our appliances, floors, broke our stove top, hardware is crooked, and on and on. These people are incompetent and do not stand behind their work. Avoid at all costs.

Review: I visited [redacted]t and scheduled a free home estimate with Nhance ([redacted]t). Mr. K[redacted] as a representative from Nhance came and visited my home to provide the free estimate. We signed the contract on June 21 and agreed to start work on June 29. I provided Mr. K[redacted] with a deposit of $3500 to commence the work, which is the amount in dispute. Mr. K[redacted] promised me that the process would only take 3 to 5 days and would be very simple and clean. He described that the process would entail sanding, cleaning and restaining of all my cabinets. After the process, my cabinets would be renewed and look like new. Unfortunately, none of this occurred. After 14 days, Nhance did not complete the job and left my cabinets undone. Therefore, services have still not been rendered. I am requesting a refund of $3500 I paid for a job never completed, Plus the replacement of my cabinets that are now damaged.Desired Settlement: Replacement of all my cabinets.
