This is the first time I hear anything in regards to this matterMe*** clearly has my phone number as the contract was set up between the two of usOn this job there was subcontractorsI am clueless as to why she has contacted everyone else except meHer getting the "runaround" is from one
of the subcontractors NOT MZ Tree ServiceI would like to personally take a look at the yard and make it right with the customerAgain this is the first time I have heard of this matterThanks
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
MZ Tree service has allowed Alex to act as an agent of the company as throughout the process, he has discussed logistics with me. When I talked to Alex after the job completion, he would say that Zack was busy and then make arrangements of their next steps. Furthermore, I emailed Zack a notice of my complaints after the job completion and had no response. In MZ's response (Zack), he indicated he wanted to come out and see the damage. His company caused the damage and he has seen it firsthand already. I feel this is another stall tactic on their part. I am also enclosing a video of the state of my backyard as well as the neighbor's for both the Revdex.com and him to see, as necessary.
