Review: Sylvia has contacted me through email several times about paying an invoice. I didn't sign up with this company to list on the site. They don't have the industry that we are in or even an industry category listed. I would not sign up for a listing and then not list what types of items we sell especially when the listing is $989.00. She is stating that I paid this invoice last year in July but I was not here in July when she says that I paid it. If the invoice got paid it was because my assistant got scared by their tactics and paid it. I will not pay this invoice because I don't sign up for things over the phone and will not be tricked by their scare tactics.Desired Settlement: I want the invoice credited and sent to me and then I would like a refund for the other $989.00 that was paid last year. They have nothing from me signed in a contract. They claim they have me on tape stating that I want to be listed with the company. I don't sign up for anything over the phone. It is all done in writing and signed contracts.
