claim for the warrantyOur Manufacturing Warranty does not cover rips, tears, any damages inflicted while trying to cover, or improper covering of the RVWe will cover any manufacturer defects such as seams coming apart and the fabric deterioratingWhen we received the pictures, it was plain to see that the damage was not along the seams and was not due to manufacturer defect, therefore we could not honor a manufacturer's warrantyMs*** argue with us and also admitted that the wind either did the damage or she thinks that someone might have vandalized her propertyWe have concluded based on our conversation and the pictures that were provide that this RV cover is not covered under a warrantyIf the RV cover is not tied down properly, they will flap in the wind and get damagedWe've tried to explain to her the best we could on why we could not cover her warranty, but she continued to argue to us and used foul languageWe simply could not help her any furtherIf you have any other questions, please feel free to co tact usThanks, Natasha T*** Office Administrator Mytee Products
I am rejecting this response because:I never told her that we were having strong winds lately. I told her it may have been the wind, or the snow. I did not know and I wasn't there. The cover was properly tied down, a question which she did not ask me. This tarp is to cover a camper in the open air. At no time did it say that I could not leave my camper in the open air where there are indeed winds and snow and sleet, etc. We put the tarp on in November and did not go out to it again until March. How would I be able to tell anyone what actually happened. I was not there and neither was she. For to state that I told her that just tells me what kind of business they are running.
