Mystic Stitch

On 4-22-18 Mystic Stitch had their sale of buy 2 get 2 free. I ordered 2 and thought I'd get 2 free--Wrong- got the 2 I paid for and got one free---I have emailed Kelly Morgante 9 times. Her(if she actually is a person there) response was a generic letter saying there would be a response in 24 to 48 hours. I have also contacted the Revdex.com still waiting to here from them

Mystic stitch- I also ordered patterns from them on 9-30-17. Have not received anything from them. No notice of when my order will ship or even if it will. They sure took my money quick enough. I've read on Revdex.com that mail was returned as 'not deliverable'

I'm still trying to get resolution for an order I placed on Jan 6, 2017. I finally got a response after my third email about my order. I had ordered 7 patterns. I was given 5 of the 7 digitally so I can get started with my projects WITH THE UNDERSTANDING that the manufacturer would be contacted about the original printing and tracking would be made available...AND FOR ALL MY TROUBLE...I could pick out an additional pattern that would be sent digitally. You'd think these are resolved right?? NOPE...I responded with the additional pattern selected that was offered. I responded on Jan 24...TO THIS DAY...I have not received any more communication from Mystic Stitch. No additional pattern that was offered to me...No tracking info...No original order either!!!!! So I'm hoping to get my money back with both PAYPAL and Revdex.com looking into it. So in a nutshell...I won't be shopping with Mystic Stitch again!!

Review: I placed an order with Mystic Stitch on the 8th of November. They have turned the credit card information in and the funds have been taken from my account. There has been no notice of shipment. Neither has the pattern been received. I have contacted them three times about this and have never received a reply from them.Desired Settlement: I would like the pattern I ordered or I would like a refund.
