Mystic Records

Review: I paid Mystic Records for an item on January 5th, 2014 through Paypal and have NEVER received the item. I have been in contact with the owner and his employee both and have been told almost each month since January that they were going to "send" my item or that it was already "sent." They have never provided any tracking information and I am beyond the allowed time to register a formal complaint with Paypal. The amount was not much, but it is the principle of the thing. If you pay a company for a product, you should receive your product or at least a refund.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if the company would send me the item that I paid for on January 5th, 2014.
