Review: My party and I went to the hookah lounge and were throughly dissatisfied. The service was horrible since we had to wait for extended lengths of time between visits from the staff. We ordered two hookahs and when the first one came they server did not give us mouthpieces to put on the pipe. After waiting too long for a server to revisit us, one member of my party asked a server if she could give our table some mouthpieces. She replied that they were out of mouthpieces. At that point, we decided to leave the establishment because of how poor the service was. Once we were in the parking lot, a large crowd of people came from the lounge to confront us. There was one ring leader who was claiming to be security for the lounge who demanded that we pay the full amount of the bill. The other members of the crowd appeared to simply be patrons, but it was difficult to tell because the servers dressed and acted like the customers. We replied that we did not smoke any of the hookah and left due to displeasement, therefore they were not entitled to receive payment for the bill. The security guard was not permitting us to get in our vehicle and leave and the surrounding crowd was also demanding that we pay at least a portion of the bill. I called the police to mediate the situation because the staff was not interested in taking our complaints into consideration. The police arrived and summoned the manager from the establishment. The manager came out and used vulgar language at a member of my party in front of officers while claiming that upon review of the CCTV tapes he had proof that we did smoke the hookah. The police went with him to review the tapes and ultimately concluded that we smoked, even though we did not, and said we had to pay for the first hookah. The manager then insisted that we pay the full amount of the bill, which included a gratuity charge, but the police told him we were only required to pay for the one hookah. We paid and left, but were advised by police to contact the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Apology from the business for inappropriate behavior, a copy of the tapes which showed us smoking the hookah.
