Review: On May **, 2013, I decided to buy a media device for internet TV. I went to the Panorama TV store and made a purchase of a TV media device and paid for services in advance for a whole year in the amount of $329.84. The merchandise I had purchased did not work. When I called the company on next day to issue a complaint about their media device, I was told that the problem could be fixed for an additional $65.00, even though the malfunction of the device was through no fault of my own. I did not accept the offer for repair (on their website it said there is a two week free trial guarantee) and tuning of the media device at an extra cost. Following Memorial day weekend, the merchandise did not work through May **, 2013, which is the date when I returned all of the original components of the device to the merchant. The merchant refused to return my money and refused to exchange the media device, explaining that they don't have them in stock and that as soon as they receive them they will contact me. After a few weeks nobody contacted me so I stopped by the store. The salesperson was very nasty and she said that they were expecting devices in two days and she will call me. After two weeks nobody called me, so I called and was told again after two days we will call you, but nobody did. I realized that they trying to punish me. I asked my coworker to call them if she can come to the store to get a device. They said yes, which means they had the devices after all and they just didn't want to return my calls. After that I went to the store again, they kept saying that they don't have devices and temporarily they offered me a lower quality device, which comes free with a one-year subscription. I took this device and when I tried to connect it to my TV at home, it was not compatible with my TV. I called them again and they were very nasty with me, so I still don't have my internet TV. I kept calling the store once a week and they kept saying that they will call me back the following day. As I mentioned, I paid for services in advance and three months of this prepaid period have already passed without functioning internet TV. I can't believe that this could happen in the USA -- our country have the best services in world.

Review: On Oct *, 2013, I subscribed for Panorama TV services (a Russian-language Internet TV service provider) and received from the company a top-set box. In the course of several days it became clear to me that Panorama TV cannot provide service even on a moderate sufficiency level (signal was coming in packages, and froze with regular intervals). I decided to terminate my subscription and return the top-set box, but the company's representative refused to take back their equip ment; it turned out they had sold this box to me for $145.95. That was a big news to me, as in my understanding cable companies usually provide these boxes as rentals; nobody sells them to customers. There was no written agreement between me and Panorama TV that would specified that I had to buy this box to get their service. I consider this situation utterly unfair. They did not get my consent to buy this thing, I thought they had taken money for it as deposit. More, when I with the help of [redacted] (social worker [redacted] at: ###-###-####) requested by fax that Panorama TV terminate their service; they made an attempt to transfer $155 for the rest of the year from my checking account at [redacted]. I am a person on a fixed income; I get SSI; there was not enough funds for this transaction; and it was not authorized by me; as a result the bank has charged me for this attempt. I believe that Panorama TV should refund me for their equipment and take their box back. But, by all appearances, they are not going to do that taking advantage of the situation--dealing with an old man with very limited command of English.[redacted] complaint was translated from Russian into English and put in here by social worker [redacted] at [redacted], located at [redacted]; tel ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Panorama TV has to take back their equipment and return me $145.95 they owe me.

Review: In the beginning of September I purchased a TV receiver from Panorama TV that has over 300 channels in Russian language. I did it for my grandparents who watch Russian channels only. We had trouble connecting it and with the slower internet, they were unable to watch it. I returned the receiver to the company September [redacted] and they promised me to return the money within two weeks. Today is October [redacted]. I have called them over 10 times, and they keep telling me that within a few days I will get it back. I keep leaving messages for the manager, who conveniently is never there, and he never returns any of my calls. It has been a month and a half since I returned the receiver and I am not getting my money back. The company is a scam and they treat customers terribly. If you get something from them, don't bother returning it because you will never see your money again.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back. That's all I am asking for.

Review: To Whom It May Concern:I joined the mypanorama.tv on November **, 2013. They offer lower price for their cable service if you prepay for a year so I decided to take advantage of this offer and signed up for one year. They charged full year fee to my debit card and mailed me a cable box. I received a box one week later, but it came without a wire. Needless to say, I was unable to watch anything without a cable wire. On December **, almost a month later, they charged me for a cable wire and shipped it to me. When I finally received it and tried to watch TV, I was very disappointed with the quality of their service. I immediately called their technical support and was told that my internet speed was too slow and I had to upgrade to higher speed through my internet provider. I called my internet provider and upgraded to a higher speed service, but when I attempted to watch TV through [redacted] the quality of the service was still very poor. Picture would constantly freeze up and it would repeat the same sentences over and over again. At that point I was very disappointed and wanted to terminate my agreement with mypanorama.tv and receive full refund. However, they made it impossible to cancel my service. I have called their customer service team numerous times for the last two weeks, but every time I call they refuse to cancel my account and tell me that one of their managers would contact me. At this point I am still waiting for a call back. Mypanorama.tv guarantees full refund within 14 days once you start using their equipment. Overall, I have used it no more than 20 minutes from the day I received my cable box. As of right now I have lost all my hope to resolve this matter directly with the company and only rely on Revdex.com to get involved. This company is a scam and I regret that I signed up with them and prepaid them for the entire year of service I have never received.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Your help is greatly appreciated.Regards[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want full refund for cable service I was never able to use.
