I would like My mopar parts to refund if not all at least half of what it cost me to shipped the returned part.
I order a part from My Mopar Parts. The part doesn't fit my vehicle so I return the part. So I paid $243.00 for the cost of the part and return it for $160.00 so in total I spent $403.00 on a part that I didn't use and mopar only return $194.00 to me.
I would like mopar to refund what I paid to have the part shipped back to them.

Part was damaged during shipping
Ordered a new roof from them. It arrived open and box was damaged. Contacted them immediately. Their rep urged me to see if roof was still able to be used. I removed old roof. Set new roof on car and it had been damaged in shipping beyond being useable. I sent them pictures. Their rep said he would start a claim with ups and my roof would be exchanged. I waited a couple weeks. Tried to contact the rep I was told he was no longer with the company was reassigned a new rep. I was assured they would resolve this issue. The new rep said they would replace or refund the part. And nothing. No one will talk to me or return my emails. The order number is 57875.all I want is a undamaged roof or a refund. But no one wants to resolve this issue.
At this point all I want is a refund so I can buy a roof from my local dealer and get this vehicle fixed and sold.

I ordered a tail light lamp for my Dodge Journey through Walmart. The 3rd party was mymoparparts.com. Upon delivery, we opened it and the inside of the tail light was damaged. I paid $158.26. It was delivered on 11/8. I emailed in 11/13 To advise of the damage and sent a picture on 11/14, per the customer service request. I have not received a response since. I had also emailed again 11/21.
Refund I would like a refund of the purchase price as I have purchased elsewhere.
