These people are super helpful! I'm so glad I did business with them, Kathy and co are efficient and pleasant to work with!
Review: They assisted in getting me setup as an LLC. I was sent an annual bill for them to be my registered agent. I consulted with an attorney and the Ohio Secretary of State and was informed I could just make myself the registered agent. I spoke with a customer service rep at MyLLC and informed them that I was not going to be renewing my services. As soon as I changed the registered agent from them, I received a collection notice for $139. I cancelled within 30 days of the renewal, was up-front with my intentions, and in the end they still feel it necessary to try and fleece me.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of the collection effort. And of course a letter of apology would be nice, but I doubt it can be expected.

Response:
We have contacted the client and reached a settlement to
close out the account. We have waived our
late fee and collection fee, as he explained he was comparing rates when he
found that he could be his own Registered Agent. While we never recommend that for a number of
reasons, (even if we are not providing the service we urge clients to use a
commercial registered agent, attorney or CPA), he did file the change of
Registered Agent in April so we are clear.

Review: After 2 years of requesting this company to end service (fax, email & mail)The continue to bill me for service. The first year they charged my credit card without authorization. This year after multiple request to end the service someone called me and told me that they will not file for a change of service and will keep billing me until I do it myself. Very unethical way of doing business.Desired Settlement: I will file with the State to change agents. I already paid last years bill after they charged my credit card without authorization. I would like this years bill credited. Maybe they should inform people about there policies.

Response:
The policy is in the Terms and Conditions agreed to when
ordering service. Here are those terms
for Cancelling Registered Agent Service. Detailed instructions on how to cancel service are included
with every mailed invoice, which the client received last year and this year.
