From what I can see, this account was refunded in full on March We have to stop the automatic renewal before we can issue that full refund so the emails do state that your site will remain active for the year but it is not correctonce you get those refund emails, your account will no

We had someone try to contact this customer when she sent in an email, as we do not issue refunds that wayAfter we were not able to get in contact her, we issued a full refund on the account which takes 3-business days to process
