Good morning, my name is *** and I live in St. Thomas Virgin Islands. On March 7, 2019 I contacted Mr. *** an Auto dealer in Florida to purchase a Toyota Sequoia for me. I want to state for the record that Mr. *** purchased a vehicle for me before at least 4 years ago with no problems. I called on the phone to purchase this vehicle just like before a 2010 or higher. A few days later he called back and said he found one 2010 for $10,900.00. He sent pictures and my wife and I liked it and said okay.

On March 14, 2019 I wired him $11,800.00 ($10,900 cost of vehicle, his fee of $500, towing fee of $350.00). From my Bank *** to his bank ***
When he received the money he said he would get the vehicle from the auction. When he got the vehicle and he looked at the engine he said the engine had slug and he didn't want to send it to me. He said he would look for another vehicle. Several weeks past and he did not find a vehicle in my price range.

Then I called and asked him if you can't find a vehicle in my price range to send back my Money!!
Mr. *** then stated to me the the IRS took $100,000 from his bank account and he is having a problem getting the money for my vehicle.

However he said he has a line of credit and would work on getting me another vehicle. I give him two options and he still give me the run around for months now. I told him either get me the vehicle I want or give me back my money!! Then he stopped taking my calls.

Myers Auto Sales, Inc. purchasing a vehicle for me from the auction for $11,500.00. The truck was not good. He has not returned my money.
On July 9, 2018 I wired $5,000.00 to *** to purchase a truck. On July 11, 2018 I wired the remaining $6,500.00 because he had found a truck. After I sent the money he later informed me the truck he purchased from the auction had engine problem. He said he would continue to look for a truck for me. Every vehicle VIN he sent I ran a CARFAX on it. All the truck had issues. Then I noticed he was sending the same VIN's with pictures of different vehicles. That's when I notice something was very wrong and asked for my money back. He has given me many story but has not sent my money back.
