CME DocuSigned an affidavit to Mr. [redacted] on November 20, 2017. CME has attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] via phone to discuss the actions needed to get his dispute resolved. However, Mr. [redacted] will not return any of the phone messages. CME has sent Mr. [redacted] an affidavit through the mail on November 21, 2017 to the address provided. I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me, if they follow through and this release was actually filed As I stated, this was paid last year and until I filed the complaint they had not taken the next step to send the release to the courthouse until now. I will be following up with the courthouse to see if there was a release sent and go from there. if the release was actually sent this time then I will accept this solution, even though I had to file a complaint before it was addressed at all.
