Review: On December 11 2013 I paid for printed postcards for my wedding save-the-dates to MYDESIGN2PRINT.COM ORANGE CA in the amount of $161.63. However, I never received the goods I paid for. My wedding occurred on April 24th 2014 and I have yet to resolve this case. I have contacted the vendor numerous times via e-mail, text messages, and phone calls since then. He has yet to act on his commitment to refund my funds. This case has dragged for too long and need your help to ensure proper action is taken on their end.

Owner: [redacted]Desired Settlement: All I ask for is for the original funds I paid for to be refunded to the credit card on record. If no refund is issued within a tolerable time a small claims will be filed.

Review: I was sold a sign & charged a bit more because of the Antigraffiti film that was going to be put on so that if it was graffitied, I'd be able to just wipe down the graffiti. It was graffiti'd, I tried to clean it up but it didn't come off. I called mydesign2print(spoke with Carlos) and he said they'd come out. I called again about 2 weeks later when they didn't come out & said they'd come out, they never came out. They kept saying that they'd help, but never did. So then I went to the store, bought some graffiti removal spray & cleaned it off myself, after a few cleanings the film and the letters started falling off. I contacted mydesign2print again several times over the past year & they kept saying that they'd call me to see what they could do...It's been 3 months now since I heard from anyone. Then a couple weeks ago I bumped into Carlos at a Chamber of Commerce meeting & he said he felt bad that he was going to try and help me but he couldn't right now. That his other partner wanted to charge me to come fix the sign.Desired Settlement: I just want the sign fixed. New letters or put something over it so that the letters dont come off when we clean off the graffiti like they promised, and like they charged me for, and like it says on the receipt.
