Have not fulfilled promised serviceUpon agreeing to attend the training with mycomputercareer.com and paying for the training with my GI Bill. I was promised additional training in Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA)that would be provided after having met the graduation requirements and actually graduating from the course. I graduated in October 2012 and have not received nor heard anything from the company in regards to the CCNA training. I have reached out to the school, and was told that I would receive an email once it was my turn to begin the course. I have been graduated for over a year and not heard anything, nor have I received any acknowledgment from the school for any of my emails requesting updates on the training.Desired SettlementThe only available settlement is to provide the training or let me know if the course is no longer being taught. The course was a no-cost course they were offering at the time for new students. There was no money loss to me. I just think it is bad business to leave people hanging.Business Response /[redacted]/Mr. [redacted] is still eligible to receive the Cisco training he seeks. The class is offered periodically. He can call the Raleigh campus and speak to an instructor for scheduling or he can contact the corporate Director of Education, [redacted] who also leads this online course, for the next available start date. We apologize for not getting back to Mr. [redacted] in a timely way. There has been some recent turnover in our faculty at the Raleigh campus which may have contributed to the "dropped-ball."
