I had an eye exam in August and needed a follow up visit, but when I called to schedule the an appointment they said " I wasn't in the system"....I made at least 3 calls to them and was told the same. I found the original appointment card from my first appointment, called them and they found me in the system.....they said my follow up will cost an additional $30.00 because I had taken so long to follow up. I called back and [redacted] answered the phone, I explained the issues to her and she said it will cost me for follow up that is the policy.
