For several months I have been trying to contact this company in order to ask questions about one of their products, the KDscaleI have sent several emails, as directed by their website, with out any replyI have called several times and left voice messages, again, without any replyI have sent a [redacted] Priority letter with tracking, and still no contact, reply or response from this company Their website and product literature do not answer the questions regarding the BAKER'S PERCENTAGE FUNCTION that I would like to clarify

on back order, and it was shipped to him immediately after we received it
