I sent Back A Return to them authorized by Rebecah on 4/14/20. It was sent UPS tracking number they received it on 4/22/20 at 11:40 am. They never processed my credit. I have sent them 3 emails about the credit and they refuse to respond to me. I just want my credit.

I brought a Geek Vape Nova Kit that didn't vape. I contacted them on their website and talked to Rebecca. I told her I would like a refund because it doesn't vape. She told me to send it in to them. I did. They sent it back to me told me that they not going to give me a refund because it vape's well. I just want my money back.
