We had extensive work done by My Tree Guy and there were always issues The original date of service was changed numerous times, the trees planted were supposed to grow a different way and did not and most importantly we paid a significant amount of money for an organic treatment for our citrus trees We recently had the soil tested by a different tree company and they advised that no treatment appeared to have been made based on the written soil analysis they provided I would stay clear of this company- and we had high hopes

Keith and his crew did a wonderful job removing a 35 foot high tree from our backyard. They were cordial, professional, timely, and performed their work for a very competitive price. My wife and I will use them again and recommend them for arborist services.

My Tree Guy came out to my neighbor's home on 8/13/13 to cut down a huge eucalyptus that hung over the fence and my pool. They cut the tree down while I was on vacation and did not notify the home owner or me that there could be a problem. The debris and sawdust covered my newly refinished pool. It stained the pool and left my water looking like ice tea. I have been calling them to get their there insurance company and policy number. They will not return calls. They state they are Revdex.com accredited and are not. They state they are ISA aborist certified and they are not. They have not even completed the job at my neighbor's home.

Review: This company planted a tree in June at my house. It died 2 weeks later. They advised that trees cannot be planted in June (which they should have told me before planting it) and they would come back the first week in October. I have all emails to prove this. Now when I contact them both numbers say they are not accepting calls and they will not return emails. I paid 400.00 and have no tree. They are rude and are making it sound like this is my faultDesired Settlement: I want a new tree and or a refund.

100000% a lie. I had NEVER used their service prior to June. I am attaching every email I have with them I want my replacement tree and or the 400 dollars back...all the rest never happened. they didnt trim a thing
