How do I reopen my complaint? I did not realize that agreeing to the vendor's proposed solution would close the complaint. We have YET to receive our refund and it has been well over a month since "Marvin" said he would refund our money.

This customer was contacted on jan 12th and issued a full refund. This complaint should be resolved.

record, it's only a matter of time before this scam artist takes advantage of anther business  he should be in jail
