A lot of work was done on our house by this companyOur entire roof was done within one dayIt turned out beautifulWe also had some siding done and paint workWe also had windows replacedAll work was done in a professional, efficient, timely matter and we are overly pleased
Our rep John C [redacted] was amazingUnfortunately, My Town Roofing overall was notThey ruined a portion of my newly sodded grass and are now claiming that it wasn't there fault and they will not replace itOne of the first questions I asked during my consultation was about protecting landscaping, and I was told you would they would do their bestThere was no plywood over the flowers to protect them like I was promised, and there were no tarps over the grassTherefore, the roofers were throwing shingles onto the grass all day long, causing my grass to be 100% killedThis is not the best protection I was promised with my new roof I have examined all other possibilities as to what else could have caused the damageBecause of the place where it's damaged, the color of the grass, and the timing, it could have only been the roofersThey are trying to get out of fixing their mess after I paid a hefty penny to them to replace my roof How unfortunate

Our rep John C[redacted] was amazing. Unfortunately, My Town Roofing overall was not. They ruined a portion of my newly sodded grass and are now claiming that it wasn't there fault and they will not replace it. One of the first questions I asked during my consultation was about protecting landscaping, and I was told you would they would do their best. There was no plywood over the flowers to protect them like I was promised, and there were no tarps over the grass. Therefore, the roofers were throwing shingles onto the grass all day long, causing my grass to be 100% killed. This is not the best protection I was promised with my new roof.
I have examined all other possibilities as to what else could have caused the damage. Because of the place where it's damaged, the color of the grass, and the timing, it could have only been the roofers. They are trying to get out of fixing their mess after I paid a hefty penny to them to replace my roof.
How unfortunate.
