I made two orders with my thrift box - one in August (a sweater box & mystery box) and one in September (2 athletic wear boxes with a free jean box promotion) and never received them. Both orders appeared ready to ship for several weeks. I reached out to the owner who said she would look into it and never got back to me. Then, she closed for a few days and advertised if the orders hadn't shipped - I would get a refund AND my product. I reached out to see if my order applied to that and never heard back. I reached out a third time to request a refund and never heard back. My orders have not been shipped and I have not heard back from my thrift box.
I placed 2 orders with this company. Neither has shipped. I received an email from the owner that my order was cancelled and to contact my bank for a refund. My bank said the business needs to issue refund. She posted on social media to email her if any issues getting refund. I have done that with zero response. The owner is refusing to ship what I paid for and refusing to issue refund.
I placed an order with them back in the beginning of August. I received an email stating that my order had shipped but no tracking information was included. I reached out multiple times through their website and instagram page asking for tracking information. They never responded to my messages. Finally the beginning of September they changed my order status to refunded. I still have yet to be refunded my money though. I have reached out multiple times again about my refund and they still do not respond.
Do not order from this place. A month later and several emails with no response I had to get ugly to get them to even respond! They should be shut down! Trust me stay away!! Not worth your time or energy!!
I purchased merchandise from this business to resale one month ago and they don't answer their emails, no communication whatsoever. Instagram is a big part of where they have found many customers like me where they been robbed the same way. Some did receive some merchandise and never received anything like me.
I made a few purchases and she never shipped items...I asked for refunds repeatedly she refunded one order but she owes me 196.30 and will not respond
My Thrift Box never sent the box I ordered. I paid $30 for 12 pieces of Free People clothing items on August 27, 2020. They posted on social media all boxes would be shipped by September 11 or they would be free and you get to keep the product. Many others are having the same problem and not receiving anything and being told to go contact their credit card companies for a refund. Do NOT buy from this woman!
FRAUD, SCAM!!! Do NOT do business with this company!!!! This company was formally CH Fashions LTD and she shut that down to start scamming others on a new website!!! BEWARE!!!!
My Thrift Box is a company that supplies merchandise for online resellers to buy to resell. The owner started doing this due to Covid 19 to help out fellow resellers, which is commendable.
However, the owner is unable to keep up with orders, continuously sends fault product, does not respond to emails, and many people have been waiting well over 30 days for refunds or products. This owner had a similar problem in June and was unable to keep up with orders and refunded all of her buyers. She changed her business model, to which many of us gave her credit for considering the prior issues. We stood by her understanding that there was indeed a problem and she lacked helped.
With it happening again and people being it out good chunks of money, we're all convinced that this owner is a scammer. She doesn't adhere to her guarantee, has poor customer service and sells items she doesn't have in stock, or so that's what we're believing due to lack of orders being shipped and emails not being answered.
While I do not want to see this owner lose her company, she is a small business. However, she needs to be aware of how serious this is, and handle it accordingly. Please help me get the point across that taking people's money for a service without providing the service is indeed fraud.

Business has been unable to fulfill orders. When contacted for a refund, twice I have been told they’ve been issued when they have not been. Instead of fulfilling orders, business continues to run sales that put them further behind and unable to catch up. Emails go I responded to and when a reply is sent, it’s unhelpful. Boxes that have arrived have labels that say a weight grossly under the actual weight of the product. This is not the first time this problem has occurred. Website has a 14 day shipping guarantee and a over a month has passed at this point.
I purchased from this company online 7/5/2020 and never received the product. I purchased again on 8/27/2020 (which looking back wasn't smart on my part because I didn't realize this was the same company) and never received that product. I reached out to the owner via email and social media asking for an update on my orders and she did not reply. I filed a complaint with my bank to dispute the charges because this company took my money and never sent the product. Both of my orders were for $15 each. Her website states shipping within 2-5 days subject to change but guarantees shipping in 14 days. This is just false infomation because my July 5th order never arrived.
I ordered from My Thrift Box on June 26, 2020. I received a confirmation email that said I would be receiving a tracking number soon once my order ships. I never received the tracking number. On July 16, 2020 I replied to the previous email letting the business know that I never received the tracking number or the package. I asked if it had been sent yet. I never received a reply.
On Aug 16 I emailed again asking for a refund because I still had never received my order or a response from the business. I didn't receive a response to this email.
On August 18 I messaged the business' Instagram page stating that I mever received my order, never received a response, and I would like a refund. The business responed and asked my order number. I replied with my order number then didn't get another response. I have sent two more responses (August 25 and August 29) and have not received a reply. I checked my bank account but I have not received a refund.
started her business on *** under "Off the Rack OKC" where she was selling mystery clothing boxes. I purchased a box from her on *** on June 1. She then launched a website where I made 3 more purchases on June 19, June 24 & June 26. E-mails were sent confirming boxes had shipped but they had not. I contacted *** multiple times asking about the boxes and she insisted they would be shipping and told me she would get me tracking and she never did. After a few times contacting her with these questions she finally told me she would refund the boxes but said she would still ship them. Yet again she did not do so. She has a decently large social media presence and she posted that she would be refunding all orders so I patiently waited to see my refund. Never got it. I have tried to contact her since and she is not responding but is continuing to promote her business and sell boxes on her website.
