I hired Corrales Roofing back in OCT.2016 and had new roof install Nov. 2016 within the yr, 2018 discovered a roof leak that's been going on for mths. after seeing the ceiling & closet saturated.. They discovered leak and fix,. but a yr. later it resurfaced in DEC. 2019 at same spot areas and since then unable to have any contact with *** & *** what so ever to have leak repaired, tried several calls and emails with no luck on response. I think there out of business. My roof repair warranty given to me is 5 yrs. & I just put a tarp temporary until I get someone to locate & repair leak.
We went out to *** home yesterday at 9am. I was able to locate the problem and we are scheduling to replace 120 sq ft of field shingles, deck and underlayment. We will also replace the ridge shingles affected and the drip edge in area of concern. I told *** it could take a few weeks to schedule and the area is tarped until we can get there to perform the repair.Thanks
