My Super Party Celebrations

We hired My Super Party Celebrations LLC for our daughter's Sweet 16 party. There were numerous items that were not provided.

1) Photobooth assistant onsite, table full of props , personalized personalized background and wording, instant printing, a set copy for keepsake was to be provided per the contract. The photobooth was rented for 3 hours. In less than a hour, they ran out of paper to print the photographs. Our guests were to receive their picture as a souvenir from the party. We were also to receive a set of pictures as a keepsake. Most of the pictures that were printed were blurry and the rest were not even received at the party. It's been 5 weeks and still no pictures.

2) Guestbook canvas with Serena monogram print in royal blue was to be provided per the contract - It was not printed in Royal blue

3) 20 Uplighting was to be provided per the contract - 20 uplights were not provided

4) We gave measurements and colors for the photo backdrop to be 8'10 inches tall and 19'1 across and blue/purple/silver. That was not done according to what was discussed. The color specifics were written in the contract.
