I had a scheduled photoshoot for my daughters 1st birthday. I even sent the invitation to the photographer and have proof of messages and all. They didnt follow thru nor check in . And when I called asking where she was she did not bother even trying to rush out to make it to me in time. As far as refund I told her I wanted my money back now and in cash im not waiting. She ruined one of the first most special moments of my daughters life. Something I will never forget when you are in the photography business these are keepsakes and its a sentimental business for many people. When inquiring services through someone for special moments you will never get back or for my case didnt receive its even most frustrating. She was rude to me in the phone after I showed my frustration and completely unprofessional. I said do I not have a point for where im coming from? From your mistakes. She didnt offer me any type of service for their lack of mistake and then hung up on me. All my reviews were also blocked!! From the site. And its a scam. How you do have a business that also prohibits from seeing or posting reviews? Its 2020 come on
