Review: My wife ordered 4 pet tooth brushes in June and received an email confirmation and the charges hit her credit card. She has emailed and called several times and get different answers each time (out of stock, shipping soon, etc).Desired Settlement: Please send the product or refund the money

This is in response to complaint number [redacted] for [redacted]. On June 29, 2012 we authorized [redacted]'s order in the amount of $30.84 but did NOT collect any funds at that time. We emailed an order receipt the customer to notify her we had received her order successfully. After the order had been fulfilled, we attempted to capture and claim the full amount and the transaction was declined by the customers bank. At that time our automated email system notified the customer with an email stating that her order had been declined. The money was never deducted from her account. The customer sent one email asking about the order at that time funds had not been deducted. I do not show any other correspondence from the customer. We are required to make a note each time we speak to a customer on the phone.

If the customer can send me a screen shot from her bank showing that funds were actually deducted from her account we would be able to either send the items ordered or refund the money. I have checked our records and it shows that No payment was taken or received by this customer. Please let me know what else I can do.
