I recently purchased the 6 month supply of emergency food and the Alexapure Pro water filter. I was very satisfied with the purchase process on their web site, and received everything I ordered before I expected it to arrive. I did have a question about the water filter so called their phone number, but found my solution while the phone was ringing and hung up. They called me within minutes to see if I needed any help! Even though I was never on hold! That was amazing customer service, and went well above what I ever would have expected.

Great communication, and fast shipping, and I love that it's American made. I haven't tried the products, so I can't speak to the food itself but it's high-quality freeze-dried fruits/veggies/meats, and pre-made meals you just need to add water to. They have specialty items like gluten-free as well.

Order took over a month to be ready, got a $15 coghlans stove instead of a 70 dollar solo stove lite. Only a quarter of the items in my order actually arrived. I will be contacting a lawyer.

Incredibly overpriced rice and oatmeal. I could fill a larger bucket with the same things for a fraction of the price, but probably better quality.

I suggest you review your order when you receive it as we were missing one item we ordered. It was checked off on their Pick Ticket sheet but we did not receive it. Other than that they were pretty fast on the delivery.

This was my initial order. I got the potato soup and macaroni meal. I tried the macaroni meal because I wanted to taste and be sure the family would enjoy, not only in an emergency, but also for a weekday meal. It was filling and tasty. Adding a meat or veggies to it personalized it for us.
