Review: the Own mortgage INC. was supossed to work on my house for loan modification. [redacted] told me that he can do it and it takes just about 3 to 6 months and of course he charged me $3,000.00 and I paid him all in 1 month and a half. Right now is 3 years that passed and nothing. I called him told him that he coudn't resolve my problem that is too long and my mortgage keep getting up and up. I told him to return my money back that I can't continue with somebody who is doing nothing for me. he said that he will give me my money. It passed 1 month and he doesn't return my phone calls and when I go to his business he is never there. He doen't want to give me my money back.Desired Settlement: Since he didn't do what he promise me, I need my money back to go to somebody else who can help me.
