My Motion Picture

I had a contract with the owners of My Motion Picture Videography to film my wedding on October 11, 2014. [redacted] was the owner that I dealt with and filmed my wedding. I paid him upfront 1300 dollars to film the wedding and signed a contract that I would receive my wedding video within 45 days of the wedding. [redacted] has continued to ignore my emails and not return a single phone call. I received an email from him on Oct. 31st saying I would recieve my wedding video on November 15th, 2014. I did not receive it that day nor did I receive another email from [redacted] until December 1st 2014. He did not return any of my emails or phone calls in between this time. He stated in the email he sent on Dec. 1st that he would email me back that same day with an exact date I would recieve my videos. (5 copies is what I am suppose to receive according to the contract) He did not follow through with this nor have I heard from him since. So he has my money and has not given me my video or responded to any questions or concerns I've had. He has continued to be unprofessional and go againest the contract we have.Product_Or_Service: wedding video film Desired SettlementI would like to receive my videos. It was my wedding day and can't just be a "do-over". If worst comes to worst and he has lost my wedding footage then I want a full refund of the $1,300 I gave him.
