My Loan Doctor

I have $30k invested in the Loan Doctor High Yield CD. On June 11 I received a phone call informing me of the imminent closing of this savings product. I was assured that the firm was solvent and was not experiencing any financial difficulties. It was stated that the program had run afoul of banking regulation. I was instructed to initiate a withdrawal as soon as possible. The next day, June 12, I logged onto their site and requested a full withdrawal by ACH transfer - one of three options. A paper check or a "wire" were the other options. The wire fee was to be waived because of the circumstances. June 18, no funds have been received. An email, dated the same, explained some difficulty accommodating the large number of ACH transfer requests. I was assured all was well and on track just delayed. Small deposits would be returned first, larger amounts may be handled by a third party. Four options were offered: Simply wait with no changes requested; ask to be moved up in the queue, ask to be moved DOWN in the queue, collecting additional interest; change the method of payment including the fee-free wire requiring only one business day processing. I opted for the last. Hope my concerns are unfounded. Will tell of the outcome tomorrow.

I've been with loan doctor since December 2019, was a little skepticle at first, I deposited the minimum just to try them out!. 5 months later and I've put in plenty more! I've been switching money from my capiral one acct. To my loan doctor acct. Nothing but good things to report from these guys! Thanks!

I have seen that the rate for new clients has dropped to 5.25% after April 1st . and has closed to new clients which makes me strongly believe that Loan Doctor has its clients in their best interest in these uncharted times. I was willing to forgo the interest as their policy states. Not only did they honor my early withdrawal request but told me that the interest would still be credited to my account. Prompt, courteous and helpful. I will definitely be entrusting money to them in the future.
