This business has taken my money and will not answer my phone calls or provide servicesThe owner told me his name was Jason L**, that was a lieI found out his name is Omari B [redacted] He rushed me into business with him by telling my he was given me the best deal, better then others"If you want it at this price you better sign on nowPlease I have to go, I need to pick my daughter up" I paid on the stop $because my son was so excited about boxingAfter I paid Jason didn't give me a copy of the paperworkI called Cleveland Boxing the next morning and asked for a full refund because I found it for a cheaper rateI was told I would receive a call back, but I did notLater that evening I went to the club to talk to Jason, he was not availableI spoke with Dan an employee and info him of my concerns he said he would take care of itHe later called back and offered the same deal the other place agreed to and a refund for balance, I agreedWe agreed to meet and come up with new arrangements and they still did not supply my with the agreement paperwork nor refund amountHe info me that Jason (omari) will give refund when he return from a tournament that following weekEveryday Jason (Omari) was suppose to provide the refund they would cancel my sons sessionI have been trying to speak to Jason(Omari) several times but no one will tell me when he is in office or give me his numberThis company is a rip off taking people money and not providing the services

On 01-27-I signed up for sessions with Cleveland Boxing Club
On 02-16-Cleveland Boxing Club billed me for "recurent payment" to which I never gave my permission for them to bill me recurrent paymentUpon several workouts at the gym I told them that I had only purchased sessions and nothing was spoken to me otherwiseSo you can imagine when I saw this charge that I was very surprised - there was no transparency between customer and business
On 02-23-I went to the place of business on *** E55th St , and talked to MelShe informed me that the man in charge of accounting was in office on Monday mornings and that it would be no problem getting taken care of (getting a full refund of the $to my account)
On 02-28-my account was checked and the charge was not refunded
On 03-10-my account was checked and hte charge was still not refundedI tried calling the business and did not get an answer

sg jason aka omari is a scam artist he will steal your money right in front of you

I contacted Cleveland Boxing Club and met with a representative at S Marginal Rd, Cleveland, OH I gave the owner/operator a $check for lessons and took my introductory lesson I called and texted him multiple times and he never returned my calls/texts I believe that this business is a fraud and scam I want to warn others to not fall for this scam/fraud
