They are the worst company I have been dealing with. All the other emergency food companies I dealt with sent my orders in a timely fashion. The customer service is horrible. I wrote and left messages numerous of times and still noone has returned my messages. Noone ever picks up the phone, so you really don't have a choice but to leave a voice message. I do not recommend this company and I surely will not use them ever again. I just want my order!!!
Just like the people on here I’ve been scammed. I ordered on April 9, 2020 and still have not received my order. I asked them for a refund about a month ago and the first email said it was going to be at least five days well I haven’t got it. I have been trying to call, and email and get no response.
This company operates a scam organization. They took $1,496 from me and delivered nothing but excuses.
I placed an order 5 months ago, and have not received it as of this date, 9/19/20. I have not received any type of response after several attempts. I am completely done and want my full refund for 188.00
I put in an order on July 13th and I still haven't seen my food. these people wont answer the phone and don't return emails. THIS IS A SCAM.
I ordered over $500.00 of food from this company and they have still not shipped my order. I requested a refund but they are now not returning my emails!!! SCAMMERS!!!
If I could leave less than one star I would. My Food Storage has no customer service. We ordered in April and still have not received anything from them other than lies and empty promises. I believe that they have stolen my money with no intent to deliver anything.
O my!! Just read the comments. Sounds exactly what I’m going through. I ordered May 14th, 2020. Same here I’ve called 4 times left messages. Emailed them countless times. Used there online service for comments. They don’t get back with you. Got back with me once blaming the problem as back orders because of Covid. How long are businesses going to use that for an excuse?
I don’t know what to do I’m trying to get them to get back to me to change my shipping address. I want to cancel but no one will respond. Wish I had not ordered now. Plus aren’t companies supposed to hold off on taking payment when they send your order out? I agree they should be investigated.

There is no way this company has been in business eight years. This company serves as a model of how an organization is completely inept in servicing and dealing with customers. Absolutely NO ONE SHOULD EVEN THINK TO USE THIS ENTITY FOR ANY PRODUCTS. Just another reason(OF MANY) why NOTHING SHOULD BE PURCHASED ON ANY. WEBSITE TODAY........ ESPECIALLY
This company took my order for products on 13-April-2020, It is 07-August-2020 and no sign of the order. Emails are not returned, phone calls are not returned, the phones are not answered when you call EVER. DO NOT buy from this company. This outfit should be investigated for fraud, which I am asking the Revdex.com to do.
