My Favorite Toys

Review: I ordered items from my favorite toys .com and recvd my items one item is broken and the other is the not the brand that was supposed to be shipped. I ordered Learning Curve Brand and recvd TOMY brand. I have called left messages and emailed daily for the last week no one replies to me. This is poof business skills and on there website www. myfavoritetoys.com it says where they are located and also that you have to call to do a return. Please help me. THanksDesired Settlement: I want a call back to work something out to get the toys refunded and returned or get new toys sent out that are the correct name model

I have heard from them finally after a week and half. THey had said they will refund me my money if I would like. Thank you!
