FYI: My Eyelab has a F rating with the BBB and lots of complaints over social media. If you had an issue at any My Eyelab locations that you could not get resolve. you may be able to be part of a class action suit.

The Weatherford location is horrible , Beware if you value you vision go somewhere better

terrible company, zero communication, have not received my sunglasses, keep getting the run around, they tell me to call back later.

If you want your glasses in a timely manner DO NOT GO HERE. I went in On Monday Jan. 20. I was helped by Rachelle. While in the office a guy came in and was upset about the time it took to get his glasses. I should have taken the hint and ran away. I got the eye exam picked my frames. She told me that my first pair would arrive in a week and the second pair a week after that. The next Monday, nothing. The second Monday still nothing. That Friday Jan. 31 I when up to the location and spoke to the general manager. She told me that the problem was the lab in Florida. She convinced me to wait a little longer until Feb. 7th. Guess what....I got a phone call today saying the glasses are still not here and that it will be Monday. Trust me I am not holding my breath. This is the worst company ever. You would be better off going to Walmart getting glasses, at least you would only have to wait 7 to 10 day.I phoned MyEyelab today Feb.10 2020 and spoke to a young woman who put me on hold for a long time. She came back on the phone and said that my glasses should be here Wednesday or Thursday. If the glasses are not here by this coming Monday it will be four weeks. This is getting ridiculous
