I arrived by 10:15 as I knew there would be information needed from me.
Because this was my first time experience with Myeyelab. The facility was spacious extremely clean and the three employees were all friendly. All but one actually wore a face mask. I was called back to the exam/test room. The patient assistant who assisted me happen to be the one and only employee who didn't cover her nose and mouth. I did explain that was was a 65 year old.
Recovering cancer patient. With a compromised immune system. But that didn't seem to make any difference. I did address this with both. The Tele-health Doctor and the office manger. Both just had a "Nonchalant" I could care less attitude. That patient assistant didn't observe CDC Covid 19 Guidelines. Thus putting my health at risk. I did wear a mask and gloves for this appointment. The Mask protects others from me. And of course me from them. The patient assistant was suddenly directly in front of my face. As she was adjusting the machine. I should have stood up and walked right out. It was too late. She was already right there. I don't feel I received the type of service advertised on the TV commercial. Which depicts a health professional placing a Mask over their nose and mouth. This is a formal complaint. Hope you don't just nonchalantly address this serious issue. By the way. I had a Covid Test prior to making my appointment with Myeyelab. Now I feel the need to get another one..Just In Case. Who's going to pay for that test? My time? etc..
