On February 5, 2020, my wife assisted myself to register for an online class (Alabama Changes to the 2017 National Electrical Code) to obtain my continuing education hours to renew my electrical licenses. The $125 fee was immediately paid and deducted from the checking account. I had to use my wife's e-mail account as it indicated that an account already existed for my e-mail address, however, I could not remember the password and as I was in a time crunch, my wife registered using her e-mail address. During the course of completing the 300 question examination, my phone rang and I stepped away to take a call. Upon returning to the computer to complete the class, I was on question 120ish or so, I was unable to log in to the account with an error message being received, log in incorrect please try again. I attempted several times before having the leave the house to perform a service call. In the meantime, I contacted my wife to have her call the company for assistance in obtaining access back to the account. She spoke with a man named Charles who questioned and hassled her as to why she was calling instead of myself. She was also accused of being dishonest and taking the test for me which was inaccurate. He also threatened to call the electrical board regarding my licenses. After completing the call and no assistance in unlocking the account, I received a call from a restricted number. The man on the other end questioned me erratically about a test and at the time I was on a service call and was unable to talk. Not to mention this call being weird in nature. Upon arriving at home, I attempted to call "Charles" back after obtaining the phone number from the myelectricalceu.com website. I have left several voice mails asking to unlock my account as well as sent an email addressing the same so I can finish the test to renew my electrical licenses. Attempts have been unsuccessful in having my account unlocked.
